The S-band transmitter is designed by Nano Avionics partner IQ-Wireless, enabling small satellite missions that require high data throughput at a maximum data rate of 1 Mb / s. In addition, the S-band transmitter is compatible with the CubeSat standard, which requires very small volume and low power, but makes good application of high RF output power and high performance forward error correction method.
